Pilates classes and personal instruction in Yarm

"Excellent class last night, Vicky. Thank you very much. Your style of teaching is really appreciated - everything explained very well, one exercise led into another, nothing rushed. Plus, thank you for quickly but unobtrusively giving me an alternative for the rest position. I hope I don't pose you too many problems in future! Already looking forward to the next class."

Journalist Ruth Addicott attended a Pilatesstick class at Studio 21 Yarm

"All in all, it's not too difficult, the most alarming part is the strange shuddering movement coming from the pit of my stomach (Vicky assures me it's my stomach muscles waking up and completely "normal").

I leave the class feeling surprisingly relaxed.

Although it's an hour long, it's nowhere near as exhausting as the gym and I begin to question whether it's actually had any impact. It's not until the next day, the day after and the day after that, I find out when my stomach feels like it's been trodden on and I realise just how many muscles I must have worked."
