My healthy granola recipe.

 
This is so easy to make, just mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl to coat, it’ll help if the coconut oil is room temperature. Spread on a baking sheet and cook for about 10 minutes at 120 until slightly golden. You can add or take away some of the ingredients depending on personal preference.
 
I’m forever telling people about this recipe (sorry if I’ve already gone on about it to you!) but it’s so easy, quick and healthy. This keeps me going for about a week, I keep it in an old tea tin. It’s my go to snack when I’m on the run, I normally have 2 tablespoons with a scoop of full fat greek yoghurt, a banana and if I’m feeling like it a small spoonful of peanut butter.
 
Most shop bought granolas are classified as ‘high sugar’ with more than 12.5g per 100g, much of which is added to make it taster better and then with honey on top of that, they end up with an even higher sugar content!
 
You can buy all of the ingredients in this healthy granola in bulk and keep them stored until you run out and make your next batch.
