Pregnancy is a time of significant change for the body and in these classes you’ll be taught safe and effective exercises. Class numbers are kept small to allow for individual attention and exercise modifications where necessary. You’ll learn how to manage your changing posture to prevent and ease backache, pelvic floor education and breathing techniques. Best of all, attending these classes during pregnancy will help you to get back in shape after childbirth.
This class is a gentle introduction to exercise post-birth. You should have had your 6-week check following a natural birth and 12-week check following a c-section. You’ll re-connect and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, socialise with other new mum’s and start to build your inner core strength in a safe way. And of course you are very welcome to bring your little bundle of joy with you to class.
