This is a BIG workout for the legs and bum, the wall and windowsills replace the barre in this class, barre movements are all about improving range of motion, strength and flexibility in your lower half. Working towards long, lean muscles and perfect posture! Often described as combining the strength of Pilates, concentration of Yoga and poise of ballet. All levels and abilities are welcome!
