You will learn the basic Pilates technique and the focus is on understanding your body and how your stabilising muscles are working and how to engage them correctly. Steadily building increased flexibility and strength.
A brilliant workout with the emphasis on flowing movements. This class offers a bigger challenge taking you through a full-body workout and often includes classical matwork sequences, weights, foam rollers, stability balls and thera bands. To join this class, you’ve previously learnt the basics of pilates matwork and you’re injury free. If you’re not sure, chat to one of our instructors who will be happy to advise.
